2nd Year Anniversary
Memories of Peter still flourish. One of Peter's good friends sent Carolyn a great email with a video of Peter driving the motor boat. How he loved a good time!!
We still cherish treasures from Peter's childhood, trips he took to Disney, Washington DC and Rome. There isn't one holiday that we don't remember him. We know he's with us in our hearts.
Perpetual Scholarship
The 2012 Peter J. Feldsine Memorial scholarship was awarded to a 7th grade girl who is the oldest of multiple children in St. Monica school. The young lady that was chosen is quiet and unassuming yet strong in her convictions and creativity. She has a subtle sense of humor and true leadership potential. She actually reminds the school staff of the kind of young person that Peter was when he was in St. Monica school.
Whistler
There isn't a ski trip to Whistler that doesn't catch Phil taking pictures of Peter's memorials as he remembers the great times the two of them had together on the mountain.
On this trip, Christmas, 2011, Chris was with his dad when they stopped by the memorial and Phil snapped the photo.

Uncle Pete, We are just back from skiing in Austria...and as always when we are out on a mountain we think of Peter (and of you and the rest of the family). You are right, when we think of Peter it is still very difficult. And our hearts break for you & Carolyn, and our cousins.
You have done such a nice job on the web site, it is a great way to keep Peter close by. We looked over, and read each page. Alyssa's poems are really beautiful, so honest and true.
We especially liked to see all of the photos. So I thought I would forward you a couple of our favorites from when we were all together (Whistler 2008), perhaps you could add them to the site.
Please know that you, and all of the Feldsines are in our thoughts and prayers.
